The Challenge
The Creative Market had seen sporadic hiring of their pop-up space and were intent on achieving regularity with clients along with building an Instagram platform for said pop-up space where they can interact with potential clients and bring awareness to the availability of the service for creatives and makers.
Our Objective
The plan to tackle these challenges involved building a foundational Instagram profile to act as the cornerstone of entry for the Creative Market; this was achieved using various social media strategies.
It also included producing a Facebook Ad campaign to advertise Creative Market to bring awareness to the service and potentially run promotions to attract new clients. These ads were targeted and focused to specific locales and interests to increase overall effectiveness.
Planning
The team at Silverbridge Marketing laid out a plan which would bring awareness to the Creative Market Instagram page through a variety of avenues and channels.
Each step was detailed with estimated results so we could accurately predict how to advance and proceed as the campaign continued.
The plan also opened up various marketing and promotional angles that Creative Market can take advantage of in the future.
What we accomplished
The campaign managed to build an Instagram profile reaching over 19,000 accounts and increasing followers by a huge 7,100%. Enquiries about the spaces and leads also increased drastically along with overall hires. Through the Facebook Advertising campaign, we also managed to identify key demographics for makers and artisans which will be used in forthcoming marketing campaigns to target specific audiences and produce even more effective results.
Reporting
At the end of the campaign, Creative Market were presented with a report which informed them of all the details of the campaign, including figures and graphs to ease their understanding of what has been done and where they are. It also gave them confidence that results were in fact produced and opened their eyes to the wonders of a tailored and effective marketing campaign.
